It’s Day 25 of the challenge and we are almost at the end. I’m open to suggestions of other challenges you would like to see on the blog. feel free to leave them in the comments.
I’ve been making some changes on the blog, trying to make it a little easier to find things. Any opinions or feedback on that is appreciated.
So today’s prompt is to tell us things about life that you’ve learned that school didn’t teach you.
1. That life will go up and down more than you could ever imagine. The highs and lows will be unexpected and you just have to keep moving forward.
2. What a stroke is and what the signs are. Neither my husband or I had any idea what was happening. So I like to share them with people in case you don’t know and someone around you has one.
F.A.S.T. is an easy way to remember the sudden signs of stroke. When you can spot the signs, you’ll know that you need to call 9-1-1 for help right away. F.A.S.T. is:
3. That people you think will be friends for life might not always be there for you and it might be for the best to let them go. Some people can be toxic.
4. That there is no shame in needing or asking for help, some things you go through are hard and you will need support.
