First a weight loss update. I’ve lost about 7-8 pounds. Not a lot but still a good start. I’ve been really good with no Dr. pepper. None since March 1st. I’ve had an occasional Sprite but that’s all. I’ve exercised a little but haven’t found something I’ll stick with. I’m counting the progress and hoping for more weight loss as time goes by.
I’m going to try to get really active in blogging and figuring out what I want this blog to become. I felt like last summer when I started this it really gave me more focus to commit myself to this. Since I’m not working and am not going back to school till fall I’m feeling kind of lost and without purpose and focus. I think having something to commit to and hold me accountable will be a good thing. Plus it will give me a place to express myself and to monitor my changes in my life.
