Week 4: blogging with a purpose. My biggest weakness. I’d have to say probably eating healthy and my weight.
Luckily for me I’m not a big eater but what I do eat isn’t very healthy. I also struggle with drinking soda, especially Dr. Peppet. . Over the last six months I have gotten much better with the soda drinking. I use to drink multiple sodas a day and now I have a couple sodas a week. For my caffeine fix I drink water with crystal light energy that has caffeine. It also helped me drink more water.
My weight has never been great. I have always been a little heavy but lately I’ve noticed that my weight has really ballooned. So this month I have added a little exercise and my husband and I are starting a program to start ridding our diet of processed foods and eating more healthy and natural food. We start doing this, this week so I will let you know how it goes.
My husband and I really want to have another child so getting my weight down and being healthier is a really big part of us being ready for me to get pregnant. With my past health issues being as healthy as possible is extremely important. That’s why even though I am not excited about the changes to my diet and giving up soda completely I am willing to give it my all in order to get myself where I need to be.
