Welcome to Day 21! You’ve already made it through three weeks! Can you believe it? January is almost over! What was the biggest challenge for you? What was the biggest lesson you learned?
This past week was all about how to be more productive and manage your time more effectively. Productivity is one of my favorite topics to talk about so I enjoyed the posts from week 3 a lot.
Next week we are focusing on self care and looking after yourself a little better. Taking care of you is one of the best things you can do to improve your life in 2020. If you don’t take care of yourself you will not be able to do the things you need to do as well.
If you want to check out all the posts from this challenge head over to this page on the blog where they are all located.
The challenge is coming to an end in ten days but these posts will help you out through the whole year and beyond.
TIME FOR REFLECTION
And now’s the time for your reflections on the week. Take a few moments today and write down your observations. What’s been the biggest challenge in spending nothing? What surprised you? What would you do differently next time or in the future?
Whatever lessons you take away from this week, now’s the time to write them down and keep track. Be honest with yourself about your successes and struggles.
I’m hoping that the first weeks of 2020 was a great start to an even better year.
I’ve even included a pretty worksheet to help you document your journey!
